Wow! Everything really is bigger in Texas. The Boneyard ( across from Six Flags)is nationally recognized as the world’s largest haunted house. Seriously, this thing is over a half mile long. It’s also DFW’s top rated Dark Amusement Attraction. And if the Rangers losing the first two games of the World Series isn’t scary enough for you then you need to get over to the Boneyard for its final weekend of thrills and chills.

The Boneyard features over fifty sets full of animatronics, new scenes, and movie quality props, high tech effects, and tried and true scare tactics. Make sure that you wear a cool Halloween costume to the Boneyard as well. The Boneyard’s Scream Team will be handing out free T-shirts and other gifts for the best and most creative costumes they see.

The Boneyard also has Halloween Games and cold drinks in their Game Room for everyone who makes it through this freakishly big Haunted House. The Boneyard is open weekdays and Sunday’s from 7:00pm until 10:00pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00pm until midnight.

Be sure to visit the Boneyard’s website at www.theboneyard.org to look for online coupons and to get more information. The Boneyard is not recommended for small children so leave the little ones with the babysitter. It is, however, recommended for big children who want to get their pants scared off. So what are you waiting for? Get to the Boneyard before the fun ends on Sunday.
