One of the great things about Red Hot & Blue is that they supply you with plenty of all their BBQ sauces so you can just keep pouring it on till the last bite.

Red Hot & Blue has great BBQ sandwich options if you come in for lunch, want something smaller, or just love sandwiches. First there is the Pulled Pork sandwich. This one is made up of big chunks of hickory smoked pork shoulder topped with creamy coleslaw and Mojo Mild BBQ Sauce and served with Grandma’s potato salad. My wife loves this sandwich. She really wasn’t sure she would like the coleslaw directly on the sandwich, but now she can‘t enjoy it without that extra moistness and flavor. The Pulled Chicken Sandwich also comes with the same sides. The Smoked Sausage Sandwich is served on a fresh roll with sautéed onions. The Texas Beef Brisket sandwich, like the Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken sandwich, is topped with creamy coleslaw and Mojo Mild BBQ. Each sandwich will run you about $7.00. A final sandwich option is the Ribwich combo. You get your choice of BBQ sandwich with two St. Louis Style Ribs and BBQ beans for $9.79.

Red Hot & Blue also has some tasty burger and specialty sandwiches, all of which are served with Memphis fries, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. There is the Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich or the Grilled Chicken Sandwich for $7.29. The Fried Delta Catfish sandwich is $6.99, the Classic Blues Burger is $6.79 (cheese and bacon can be added to this for an additional fifty cents each), the Hickory Bacon Cheese Burger is $7.79, and the Hoochie Coochie Cajun burger – a delicious slab of beef full of Cajun spices and topped with mayo, a bit of Hoochie Coochie Hot Sauce, cheddar cheese and onion ring straws is $7.79. But the king of the burgers at Red Hot & Blue is definitely the “All-In” Burger. The “All-In” Burger is a gourmet burger/BBQ sandwich – a juicy burger topped with plenty of pulled pork, onion ring straws, cheddar cheese, and Mojo Mild BBQ Sauce. This beautiful beast costs $8.49.

We can’t end without mentioning the Southern Entrée Favorites, with prices ranging from $9.99-$13.99. The Delta Catfish is two fried catfish filets served with Memphis fries, creamy coleslaw and hushpuppies. The Delta Surf and Turf pairs delicious catfish with Red Hot and Blue’s award-winning ribs. It’s served with fries, slaw, and hushpuppies. The beloved southern favorite, Chicken Fried Steak, comes with country gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, and Southern green beans. The Southern Fried Seafood Platter features catfish filets and golden fried Gulf shrimp served with fries, coleslaw, and hushpuppies. Other options are the Fried Shrimp and Ribs and the Fried Gulf Shrimp Platter. Finally, the Chicken Fried Chicken, another Southern culinary marvel, costs $9.99. It is served with country gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, and Southern green beans.

Now for drinks. If you don’t have your heart set on anything in particular I would recommend the Arnold Palmer. It’s a perfect thirst-quenching, tongue-tickling fusion of lemonade and iced tea. Red Hot and Blue does it right and serves it in a ginormous pitcher.
